Keeley Hawes joins Classic FM as the voice of the station

One of the UK's best loved actors joins Classic FM this month as the new voice of the station, alongside Robert Lindsay

Bodyguard actor Keeley Hawes joins Classic FM from 1 December as the most-heard voice on the radio station.

Her arrival at the station coincides with the launch of the sound of Christmas, on Classic FM. On air she'll be heard announcing the station's programmes, forthcoming highlights and news bulletins. Keeley will also introduce our stellar presenter line-up including Alexander Armstrong, John Suchet, Alan Titchmarsh, Charlotte Hawkins and Myleene Klass.

Keeley, who is best known for her roles in Bodyguard, Ashes to Ashes, Line of Duty and The Durrells, will join actor Robert Lindsay, who is the male voice of the station.

Keeley said: “I’m delighted to join Classic FM as the new voice of the station. I’ve been a fan of Classic FM for many years and I am thrilled to be part of the team.”
