Andrea Bocelli announces UK tour dates

Andrea Bocelli has confirmed two UK concerts for September, both at huge arenas in the north of the UK.

Tenor Andrea Bocelli has announced two UK tour dates for September 2013. The two concerts will take place at the Leeds Arena and the Glasgow Hydra Arena. These are currently the only UK dates scheduled for this year, although Bocelli's touring schedule for the year also takes him across the USA and Europe.

The UK dates are:

14th September 2013: Leeds Arena
15th September 2013: Glasgow Hydra Arena

Last week saw Bocelli attend the premiere of his new concert film, Love In Portofino. He will also be releasing his brand new album, Passione, which features duets with Jennifer Lopez and Nelly Furtado, on January 29th.

The last time Bocelli performed live in the UK was at the Classic BRIT Awards in October 2012, where he opened the ceremony with a rendition of 'Amazing Grace'.
