Ah, modes. The seven ancient Greek scales that fundamentally transformed the world of music.

Modes refer to scales and different sequences of notes (and yes, you can just imagine the white notes of a piano). From Baroque genius Vivaldi to rock band Deep Purple, and everything in between, magical modes have been the building blocks of music.
