It’s an extra-special Full Works Concert tonight, as Catherine Bott presents the second of five exclusive LA Phil Fridays – live performances from Classic FM’s Orchestra in America, the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra.
Tonight's features Mendelssohn's fog-bound tour of the Hebrides Islands, Saint-Saens's popular fifth Piano Concerto, Mozart's famous Symphony No. 29 and we go on a tour of an art gallery with Modest Mussorgsky.

The concert also features the LA Phil's current music director Gustavo Dudamel, pictured, conducting Ravel's touching Pavane pour une Infante Defunte.
