Karl Jenkins new album Motets storms into the Chart at number three, but fails to shift Classic FM Hall of Fame 2014 and Rhydian.
Stephen Layton and Polyphony have done a superb job turning the music of Karl Jenkins into haunting, a capella choral pieces. Their album Motets is the highest new entry in this week's chart at number three. Classic FM Hall of Fame 2014 is still sitting strong in the top spot after three weeks, and Rhydian is holding on at number two.
There's also rising competition from opera's latest golden couple Perez and Costello whose Love Duets enter at four.
