Ji Liu has the highest new entry in the Chart - but is it enough to topple Andre Rieu from the top spot?
The brilliant young pianist Ji Liu has shot straight into the Classic FM Chart this week with his second album, Piano Encores. But it still hasn't quite been enough to dethrone Andre Rieu who has been sitting at No.1 for the whole of 2015 so far.
Ji Liu's first album, Piano Reflections, has re-entered the Chart at No.17 this week while another brilliant pianist Grigory Sokolov has a high new entry at No. 9. He's been Classic FM Drive's Featured Album this week - a rare outing from an artist who shuns the limelight and has barely ever appeared on record.
