Trumpeter Alison Balsom is no stranger to the Classic FM studio. After presenting a one-off special about music at the globe, we can't keep her away from the microphone - and here she's sharing her love of the trumpet with Charlotte Green. She also talks about her latest album, which features a selection of French music.

Charlotte is also joined by conductor Harry Christophers, who talks about The Sixteen's 14th Choral Pilgrimage. He explains a little about the golden age of Renaissance polyphony and reveals more about this incredible choral tour, which sees the choir visit stunning religious buildings throughout the length and breadth of the UK.
