Anne-Marie Minhall is sitting in for Charlotte Green and her first guest is Hollywood actor Jake Gyllenhaal. He talks about his latest film, the boxing drama Southpaw. Its soundtrack was one of the last to have been composed by that late James Horner, just before his tragic death last month.

After two years, and more than 20 performances since its premiere in 2013, Opera Holland Park are staging his opera Alice's Adventures in Wonderland on the Yucca Lawn as part of the 150th anniversary of the publication of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. He tells Anne-Marie all about it and his life in music.
