Every week, Howard Goodall features some of the finest scores to have been composed for the movies.  But this Saturday, he’s decided to do something a little different, with a focus on music composed especially for use in video games.  Increasingly, soundtrack composers are being called upon to score the music for all sorts of games – and, over the last couple of years, a number of these recordings have started to appear in the classical charts.  So, whether you’re a life-long gamer or you’ve never heard a video game soundtrack in your life, don’t miss a very special edition of Saturday Night at the Movies this weekend.
