Howard Goodall gets into the Hallowe'en spirt.

Since it happens to be Hallowe'en weekend, Howard Goodall can't resist enjoying the most frightening film scores from across the decades.

Among his spooky selection are music by Bernard Herrmann for the master of suspense, Alfred Hitchcock, and Danny Elfman's quirkily creepy scores to such Tim Burton animations as Frankenweenie and Corpse Bride. 

And the scares continues with Jaws, and The Silence of the Lambs. Be afraid – be very afraid!
