Percussion School

Since 1998, children and adults alike have been banging and crashing untuned percussion instruments (pre-dating the Stomp repertoire!).

This presents a good way to introduce nonmusicians to rhythms and percussive timbres. Percussion School is a fun community class that gives people the opportunity to access music around the Ramsgate area. Tonight the group will present a most rhythmically complex piece using rhythm ideas taken from around the world.
