Alan Titchmarsh is pretty busy this evening, presenting the show and presenting a cheque to Nordoff Robbins. He shares a few reasons why he loves Classic FM Live with us.
It's been a busy day for Alan Titchmarsh, but he found the time to chat to Tim Lihoreau about what makes Classic FM Live special. It's not just the prestigious venue - although, that certainly helps.
Alan's a big fan of giving the audience what they want to hear, so he's particularly pleased to be presenting a few Classic FM Hall of Fame favourites this evening.
"The audience love coming here, the music's special and it's what they love to hear," he said. "I think that's the great thing about this concert. It promotes youth in music, but it also gives them the kind of music that they've voted their favourite."
Not only is he speaking on stage this evening, he's presenting a cheque on behalf of the Classic FM Foundation to Nordoff Robbins, a music therapy charity.
