Two of the world's most famous singers have joined forces to release their debut album, 'In Harmony' – and now's your chance to catch the duo as they tour the UK and Ireland in autumn 2019

To celebrate the release of their debut album Aled Jones and Russell Watson have announced that they will be touring the UK and Ireland in September and October 2019, performing songs from their new record, 'In Harmony'.

The pair have been friends for nearly 20 years but this is the first time they've worked together. The album – which is out on 9 November – features songs like 'You Raise Me Up' as well as more traditional music such as 'Ave Maria'.

The single 'Where Have All The Flowers Gone/Here's To The Heroes' features on the album and was written to mark the centenary of the end of World War One and to celebrate 70 years of the NHS.

Aled said: “We loved the idea of honouring service men and women through our music - as well as our everyday heroes such as doctors and nurses.”

Speaking about the album Russell said: What I particularly like is the way that it is not just a collaboration as such where I sing a verse, Aled sings a verse and everybody joins in on the chorus. It’s been really cleverly written and arranged so that our voices blend really well.”
