An award-winning 10-year-old pianist played a Mendelssohn Piano Concerto with the New York International Chamber Orchestra this week – and he was so good you might cry.
Earlier this week, 10-year-old Xuanxiang Wu made his debut at Carnegie Hall in New York with the New York International Chamber Orchestra, playing Mendelssohn’s Piano Concerto No. 1.
From his terrifyingly accurate runs to the character of his playing, Xuanxiang is pretty flipping spectacular in this video.
Oh, he also won the 2018 Solomon Mikowsky Award earlier this year.
Definitely a superhuman child.
