Classic FM's Tim Lihoreau caught up with the Norwegian trumpeter Tine Thing Helselth shortly before she hit the stage at the Royal Albert Hall.
Tine Thing has had a phenomenal year since she made her Classic FM Live debut last March. In April 2011 Tine signed an exclusive recording contract with EMI Classics and has released 'Storyteller', a solo disc with RLPO, and the debut album of her brass ensemble, 'tenThing' is set to be released later this year 2012. In coming months she has concerts lined up in China, Germany and Austria but not before treating us to her trumpet playing at the Royal Albert Hall tonight.
