Vitality Invest on Classic FM, March 2019.
RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.classicfm.com/terms-conditions/competitions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to Vitality Invest radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 20thMarch to 02ndApril 2019 on Classic FM (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. Go online to https://www.classicfm.com/, register their details and describe in 300 characters or less something they have always wanted to do but haven’t yet been able.
4. Online entry will open at 00:01 on 20/03/19 and closes at 11:59 on 02/04/19.
5. Winning entry will be selected by a team of judges from Global. The winner will be selected based on relevance to the overall campaign. After the competition closes from all eligible entries received, 20 entries will be selected at random and a winner will be selected from this group. If none of the entries in the first 20 entries selected meet the judging criteria, a further 20 will be drawn. This process will continue until a winner has been decided on.
6. The judges’ decision is final.
7. The winner will be telephoned by a Classic FM member of staff team on 3/04/19 to be notified of their win. The winner must be available to come to air with the presenter on 3/04/19 to take part in a ‘winning moment’. If the winner is not available to come to air at the required time a new winner may be selected.
8. The prize will be fulfilled within 28 days of contacting the winner.
Prize:
9. Prize is £1,000 in the form of a cheque.
10. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
