Text to win a luxury five-night stay in Switzerland for two – terms & conditions

Rules:
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Charities ("Global Charities") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.makesomenoise.com/terms-conditions/) apply to the ‘Global’s Make Some Noise Text Competitions’ ("the Competition") as detailed in the Rules.
2. The "Radio Station" advertising the competition is Classic FM.
3. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from Global Charities.
Details of the competition:
4. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the relevant keyword to one of the following radio stations shortcodes Classic FM – 61812 (ALPS) (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rate. If you text after the closing time you will not be entered but may still be charged. The Text Message Line will open at 09.00 on 23 NOVEMBER 2019 (the “Opening Time”) and close at 23.00 on 01 DECEMBER 2019 (the “Closing Time”).
5. After entering the Competition, participants will receive a bounceback text message informing them that a voluntary donation to Global’s Make Some Noise (registered charity 1091657 (England & Wales) & SC041475 (Scotland)) of £3 will be taken automatically, unless they text the word CANCEL as instructed. The £3 donation will be taken an hour (60 minutes) after the time the first text was received from the mobile phone used to enter the Competition, and 100% of the donation will go to Global’s Make Some Noise.
6. For the avoidance of doubt, you do not need to donate in order to be eligible for entry to the competition. Anyone who texts CANCEL as instructed in the first bounceback message and thereby opts out of donating £3 to Global’s Make Some Noise will still be included in the prize draw.
7. After the Closing Time of the competition, the winning entrant will be selected at random from all entries and will be notified that they have won using the number of the phone that their text entry was sent from. If the call is not answered or goes to voicemail after three attempts, the chance to win the prize will be forfeited. Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted.

8. You must be 18 or over to enter the Competition.
9. You must enter from a UK mobile.
10. You can enter up to 10 times only, however you must text CANCEL as instructed after each entry to opt out of donating £3 to Global’s Make Some Noise.
11. The winning Entrant’s guest must also meet Global’s eligibility criteria, namely that they are not excluded from entering Global’s competitions as per the general competition terms and conditions.

12. PRIZE OVERVIEW.
This prize consists of two return flights from London to Geneva and a 5-night stay for two people at Le Grand Bellevue (sharing a double room) including daily breakfast, a four-course tasting menu for two, prepared by Le Grand Bellevue’s head chef and a 50- minute Herbal Aromatherapy massage at Le Grand Spa each.
13. No substitute prizes or cash alternatives are available.
14. The prize is non transferable.

FULL PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This prize is for a 5-night stay in a standard double room for 2 people at Le Grand Bellevue Hotel, Untergstaadstrasse 17, 3780 Gstaad, Switzerland.
- This prize must be redeemed by 31st March 2020 and blackout dates apply: 21st December 2019 until 7th January 2020 and 7th February until 25th February 2020.
- Daily breakfast each morning for two is included.
- A four-course tasting menu for two prepared by Le Grand Bellevue’s Head Chef is included on one evening.
- Winner and their guest will receive a 50-minute Herbal Aromatherapy massage in Le Grand Spa.
- Complimentary mini-bar is included.
- Prize winner must be 18 or over.
- All elements of this prize must be redeemed at the same time of booking.
- The hotel is wheelchair accessible however the rooms are not wheelchair adapted.
- Two return flights from London to Geneva Airport are included with Swiss International Airlines.
- Flights will be subject to availability departing from London City Airport or London Heathrow Airport.
- Flights during Christmas, February half-term (17th to 21st February 2020) and Easter period are subject to availability.
- Swiss International Airlines baggage restrictions apply.
- Swiss International standard terms and conditions apply.
- Transfers and domestic connections are not included.
- Upgrades to a higher cabin are not permitted.
- Additional meals, spa treatments, gratuities and alcoholic beverages are not included and are at expense of the winner.
- Airport transfers are not included in this prize.
- Winner and guests must travel on the same flight and dates and carry valid passports. The prize must be used by the winner and guests travelling together.
- Travel insurance is required but is not included. It is the prize-winner's responsibility to ensure they have proper travel insurance cover prior to beginning their journey.
- It is the prize-winner's responsibility to ensure that, should a visa be required to enter a country, this is to be obtained prior to travelling. Failure to ensure the correct documentation is in place will probably result in the passenger being refused passage on the aircraft.
- It is the prize-winner's responsibility to ensure they are in possession of any health documents that may be required for the country they are visiting. Failure to obtain such documents could result in the passenger being refused entry.
- Once travel and accommodation have been booked, the prize cannot be amended.
- Whilst we will do all we can to book your trip on your preferred dates, this is not always possible and we ask that you provide three options as soon as possible after the competition and at least four weeks’ notice to make a booking.
- More popular holiday periods for the destination get booked up quickly and there are no guarantees we will be able to offer your first choice.
- The content of the prize may be subject to change and/or substituted with a prize of equal or greater value.
- We require winner name, contact number and email to facilitate the prize.
- Not for resale, not transferable, there is no cash alternative.
- This is a charity competition and as such no refunds are given.
Due to the nature of prize donations, please be aware that it can take several weeks to confirm dates.
