SILVER TRAVEL ADVISOR AWARDS ON CLASSIC FM, MARCH-APRIL 2019
RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.classicfm.com/terms-conditions/ the “Competition Terms and Conditions” of Global as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘Silver Travel Advisor Awards’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Friday 8th March 2019 to Friday 19th April 2019 on Classic FM (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to https://www.classicfm.com/win/ register their details and answer one question on the Silver Travel Advisor Awards competition page.
4. Online entry will open at 14:00 on Friday 8th March 2019 and close at 23:59 on Friday 19th April 2019.
5. Entrants can then vote in the award categories if they wish to do so. The Silver Travel Awards are partnering with Classic FM in 2019. Entrants can also vote for their favorite travel companies, tour operators and tourist attractions out of the listed categories. Voting is not counted as an entry, answering the question is counted as an entry.
6. From all correct and eligible Entrants, one winner will be randomly selected by Global.
7. Winners’ details will need to be sent to the Silver Travel Advisor Awards by Global. The Silver Travel Advisor Awards will contact the winner and put them in touch with Cosmos, who will fulfill the prize.

8. Entrants must be 18+
9. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the final draw.
Prize:
10. The prize is one Cosmos Historic Cities of Eastern Canada Tour for Two.
11. Prize Package consists of:
Return flights for two people
Accommodation throughout the tour
Private transfers to and from London Heathrow airport
The tour will start in Toronto and end in Montréal with overnights also in Niagara Falls, Ottawa, and Québec City
A selection of meals will be included

Prize Terms and Conditions:
12. The prize is for two people sharing a twin room
13. The tour only runs on specific dates which are as follows: 08/06/2019, 23/06/2019, 05/07/2019, 18/08/2019, 25/08/2019, 01/09/2019, 06/09/2019, 08/09/2019, 15/09/2019, 20/09/2019 and 22/09/2019
14. Dates are subject to availability
15. Accommodation will be minimum 3 star
16. Selected meals are included during the tour at set locations - 8 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 3 dinners
17. Flights included are return economy class flights from London Heathrow however alternative airports may be available at a supplement.
18. A private home pick-up service within 50 miles of the airport is included (additional mileage is charged at £1.85 mile).
19. The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred to anyone else. Should you be unable to travel after confirmation has been made, costs may be incurred.
20. Travel insurance and ESTA’s are not included but are needed for travel.
21. This prize is not transferable to any other destination or date, and no cash alternative is available.
22. Travel insurance is not included in the prize; however, it is essential that the winner has adequate travel insurance, passport and is over the age of 18.
23. The winner must be willing to take part in publicity related to their holiday experience.
24. Cosmos Tours Ltd reserves the right to substitute the holiday offered with an equivalent if circumstances require it.
25. Competition is not open to any employees of Classic FM, Silver Travel Advisor, or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the competition.
26. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
