RULES

  1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.classicfm.com) apply to ‘Lionsgate – A Royal Night Out’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 4th May 2015 to Friday 8th May 2015 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Classic FM.
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

  1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with their answer to 61812 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
  2.  One winner will be selected at random from all correct entries. They will then be called to be told they have won and their call will be put to air on the Mid-morning show. If an entrant does not pick up their phone, another entrant will be selected. Classic FM will then be in touch with the winner to organize their prize.

Eligibility:

  1. Entrants must be over 18
  2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

  1. The daily prize is a Royal Weekend in London which includes the following;
  • Two night stay at the five star Ritz Hotel with breakfast
  • Tour of the State Rooms at Buckingham Palace
  • Afternoon Tea at The Ritz
  • £150 travel allowance

 

Prize terms & conditions

  • Dates of travel are weekends, between 1st August & 27th September 2015, excluding UK national holidays.
  • Prize is subject to availability with no cash alternative and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • At least one person travelling must be over 18.
  • If winner is under 18 then the guest must be his/her parent or guardian.
  • Winner and guest must meet movie certification criteria.
  • Hotel accommodation is based on two people sharing one double or twin room. Room, tax and breakfast is included.
  • The hotel will require a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit to cover incidentals.
  • Tour of the State Rooms at Buckingham Palace is subject to availability.
  • The Ritz has a dress code in different areas of the hotel as follows: Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket and tie (jeans are not permitted) for afternoon tea in The Palm Court. In all other areas of the hotel, smart casual attire is suitable. Trainers or sportswear are not permitted in any of the restaurants or bars.
  • £150 travel allowance is included.
  • Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for all other meals and expenses not specifically set forth herein.

Global Radio reserves the right to substitute prize.
