Classic FM’s Composer in Residence Debbie Wiseman returns to the Classic FM line-up with a new Sunday evening series.
Music for Coronations will be begin on 16 April, in a four-part series on Sunday evenings from 9pm-10pm.
Debbie will celebrate the music written for and used in coronations across the centuries, as we look ahead to the coronation of King Charles III in May 2023.
Music for Coronations follows on from Debbie’s previous show, Music for Monarchy, which included two special evenings in 2022, celebrating Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee and her many contributions to British music.
