Paganini was known for his legendary skills on the violin. Not the flute. But that hasn't stopped Katherine Bryan from turning one of Paganini's most daring Caprices into a smashing flute piece in its own right.
Just listen to how that most famous of Paganini melodies lends itself to the flute perfectly, and even the complex string-specific performance directions like spiccato (where the bow is bounced across the strings) are effected:
