RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.classicfm.com/about-classic-fm/competition-terms-conditions/) apply to ‘Laithwaite’s Wine – Classic FM Live Programme Insert’ ("the Competition") which will run on Monday 10th February 2014 at Classic FM Live at the Wales Millennium Centre (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Classic FM.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must be attending Classic FM Live (Wales) and be a valid ticketholder. Entrants must provide their details and answer a question on the entry form provided. At each bar at the Wales Millennium Centre there will be a box to place your entry form. Entry is restricted to the opening and closing times (1830 – 2359 on Monday 10th February).
4. 1 winner and 5 runners up will be selected at random from all correct entries. If the entry form is not correctly filled out then the entry may be disqualified.
5. The winner and runners up will be contacted via the contact details provided on their entry form within 28 days of entering.
Eligibility:
6. Entrants must be residents of the UK and aged 18 or over at the time of entry. The promotion is not open to any employees of the Promoter, Laithwaite’s Wine, or their families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouses or life partners) or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

There is one main prize available which includes:
• A years supply (a) of Laithwaite’s Fine Wine (b) as chosen by Hugh Johnson OBE
• The cases will contain both red and white wines
• They will be accompanied by comprehensive notes
• £500 worth of Laithwaite’s Wine Vouchers (c)
Prize terms and conditions:
(a) Defined as four cases each containing six bottles delivered across one year.
(b) Fine Wine is defined as a 750ml bottle retailing by Laithwaite’s Wine over £15.00
(c) The vouchers are only redeemable at a Laithwaite’s store, online or via the Laithwaite’s Wine Advisor phone service.
There are 5x Runners Up prizes available. Each includes:
A case (containing six bottles) of Laithwaite’s Champagne Premier Cru NV
9. Additional Term & Condtitions:
10. By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter and/or Laithwaite’s Wine (managed by Direct Wines Ltd): (a) holding and using their personal information (including their [name, address, e-mail address and telephone number]) for the purpose of operating this promotion; and (b) using their name and general location if they win for publicity purposes by the Promoter.
11. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date by either e-mail or telephone. If the Promoter is unable to contact any winner within 30 days, or if the winner proves to be ineligible, an alternative winner will be chosen. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Details of how to claim the Prize will be sent to the winner following notification that the winner has been successful.
12. Neither the Promoter or Laithwaite’s Wine (managed by Direct Wines) accepts responsibility for: (a) any costs associated with claiming or using the Prize and not specifically included within the Prize; nor for (b) any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by entrants as a result of entering this promotion or accepting the Prize.
13. Direct Wines collects participants’ email addresses in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the participant may not take part in the promotion. Please refer to http://www.laithwaites.co.uk/DWBase/jsp/privacy/index.jsp regarding the collection, use and storage of personal information.
14. Competition entrants who are not already registered to receive special offers from Direct Wines may receive future special offers by email, but will have the opportunity to unsubscribe from this communication at any time.
15. The prize is non-transferable, and cash alternatives are not available, except that the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value to the extent that it is unable to provide the prize due to circumstances outside of its control.
16. Global Radio reserves the right to substitute the prize at any time.
