Only Men Aloud get festive for new tour

Classic FM's Lucy Coward caught up with Only Men Aloud's founder and musical director Tim Rhys-Evans as the choir prepared for a 12 date Christmas tour and the release of their new album, In Festive Mood. Surely Christmas is busy enough?

Apparently not, as the 17-strong ensemble, including Tim, look set for a particularly hectic December. New album In Festive Mood is in shops from Monday 28th November, and it's followed by their 4th national tour in 3 years, taking in Glasgow, Norwich, Bristol, Gateshead and Cardiff amongst many other UK cities.

Ahead of this manic festive period, Lucy Coward caught up with Tim to chat about the importance of community, providing opportunities for young people and the forthcoming tour. They began by discussing the reasons behind Only Men Aloud's success...
