The gorgeous singer presented the awards this afternoon at London's Dorchester Hotel - but she found a moment to share her love of music with Classic FM

Dresses being steamed, songs being sung, and awards being presented - it's a busy day for opera singer Danielle de Niese. She has long been a champion of the classical recording industry, so she's very pleased to be on stage celebrating the achievements of the world's best classical artists.

She said: "I think of it as like the Grammys, really, it's the pinnacle of music here in the UK, so I'm very honoured to be a part of it."

Danielle presented the awards this afternoon, following choral conductor Eric Whitacre who co-hosted the morning's events.
