Nigel Kennedy UK tour dates confirmed for Spring 2013

Violinist Nigel Kennedy has announced a UK tour for April and May 2013. Kennedy's focus for the shows will be a Bach violin solo and Kennedy's own arrangements of the music of jazz pianist Fats Waller.

On his unusual programming for the concerts, Kennedy commented: "Playing Bach and Fats Waller on one show is a dream for me – two amazing keyboard players, both masters of harmony and melody."

The Waller section of the show will feature an acoustic guitarist, double bassist and percussionist joining Kennedy on stage. After completing a sold-out tour of the UK in 2012, Kennedy's 2013 dates will take in ten shows across the country.
