The self-styled dubstep violinist Lindsey Stirling spoke to Classic FM about her sudden fame, her incredible music videos and proving a certain TV talent show judge wrong.
When violinist Lindsey Stirling appeared on America's Got Talent in 2010, it's safe to say that the public didn't really 'get' her, and the judges - including one Piers Morgan - told her so.
Not one to shy away from such criticism, Stirling has since proved her doubters wrong. Her dazzling live shows and high-concept music videos blend her violin-playing with dubstep, electronica, dance and even video game music - and her recent European tour saw her play to packed houses everywhere she went.
Classic FM's Jamie Crick spoke to Lindsey on the London leg of her tour about how she turned her America's Got Talent experience into something positive, and her now-hectic touring lifestyle. She also performed an exclusive track for us in the middle of Leicester Square.
