Npower (Go Green Energy Fix) – Classic FM – Jan/Feb 2018
RULES
- The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.classicfm.com/terms-conditions/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Go Green Energy Fix’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 09/01/18 to 01/02/18 on Classic FM (the “Radio Station”).
- Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
- To enter the Competition, an Entrant must go online to http://www.classicfm.com, register their details and submit their new year resolution.
- Online entry for week 1 will open at 00:01am on 09/01/18 and close at 12:00pm 11/01/18
- Online entry for week 2 will open at 12:01pm on 11/01/18 and close at 12:00pm on 18/01/18
- Online entry for week 3 will open at 12:01pm on 18/01/18 and close at 12:00pm on 25/01/18
- Online entry for week 4 will open at 12:01pm 25/01/18 and close at 12:00pm on 01/02/18.
- One winner will be selected at random at the end of each week the competition is live – this will result in a total of 4 winners across the whole competition.
- Each winner will be announced on air on the Friday after the competition week closes (e.g. Week 1 will close at 12pm on 11/01/18 and the winner will be announced on 12/01/18; Week 2 will close at 12pm on 18/01/18 and the winner will be announced on 19/01/18 etc).
- Winners will be notified by telephone after closing date of the competition. We will attempt to contact the winner on three occasions. If unsuccessful on all three occasions, we will select another entrant as the prize winner.
Eligibility:
- Entrants must be 18 or over.
- Entry is restricted to one entry per person, per week; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
- There will be x4 giveaways across the month; one per week. Each giveaway will include the below;
Week 1 Prize - London Philharmonic Orchestra
Prize Includes:
- Return train travel for two adults to London
- Return private transfers from the station to the hotel
- 3 Nights accommodation at a centrally located hotel in London
- Breakfast for two people in the hotel restaurant each morning
- Tickets for two people to a Live Music brunch at The Royal Albert Hall
- Tickets for two people to a London Philharmonic Orchestra performance of the winner’s choice at the Royal Festival Hall excludes sold out events and BBC events
- Three course meals for two people at Rules Restaurant
- Joint annual heritage membership. Choice includes:
- English heritage membership
- Historic Scotland membership
- Cadw (Wales) membership
Terms and conditions:
- Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays. Must be booked at least 4 weeks in advance of travel.
- Departure airport used will be dependent on the availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Flights may be indirect. Non-UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes and surcharges.
- Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
- Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two adults sharing a double room (twin rooms can be requested but cannot be guaranteed) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
- Tickets to the Live brunch at The Royal Albert Hall are subject to availability at the time of booking and exclude sold out events. Available on selected Sunday’s only, timings vary and will be confirmed to the winner at the time of booking.
- Tickets to the Royal Festival Hall are subject to availability at the time of booking and exclude sold out events.
- Based on two adults enjoying a three-course meal from the a la carte menu including ½ bottle of house wine, mineral water and coffee
- All travel must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
- Joint annual membership is for two people, who are lifetime partners, living at the same address only. Membership will be paid for as a gift.
- Membership will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
Week 2 Prize – Opéra national de Paris at the Palais Garnier
Prize Includes:
- Return Eurostar for two adults to Paris, France
- Return private transfers from the station to the hotel
- 2 Nights accommodation at a centrally located hotel in Paris
- Breakfast for two people in the hotel restaurant each morning
- Tickets for two people to a Opéra national de Paris performance of the winner’s choice at the Palais Garnier excludes sold out events and BBC events
- Guided tour for two people at the Palais Garnier
- Travel insurance for two people
- Joint annual heritage membership. Choice includes:
- English heritage membership
- Historic Scotland membership
- Cadw (Wales) membership
Terms and conditions:
- Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and France).
- Eurostar travel must be off peak and booked a minimum of 2 months in advance. Travel will be from London St Pancras to Paris Gare du Nord International. Travel to the Eurostar terminal is not included.
- Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
- Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two adults sharing a double room (twin rooms can be requested but cannot be guaranteed) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
- Tickets to the Opéra national de Paris are subject to availability at the time of booking and exclude sold out events.
- Tour of the Palais Garnier will be self-guided and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
- All travel must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
- Joint annual membership is for two people, who are lifetime partners, living at the same address only. Membership will be paid for as a gift.

Week 3 Prize – A Classical weekend in London
Prize Includes:

Terms and conditions:

Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
