RULES
• The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.classicfm.com/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Claire Jones’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 24/07/17 to 06/08/17 on Classic FM (the “Radio Station”).
• Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
• To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.classicfm.com, answer a multiple-choice question and register their details.
• Online entry will open at 00:01on 24/07/17 and close at 23:59 on the 06/08/17.
• One winner will be randomly selected from all correct, eligible entries and will be contacted by telephone and/or email within 7 days of the competition closing.
Eligibility:
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
• Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
1 x winner will win:
• A pair of VIP tickets to Claire Jones’s perform on Saturday 14th October.
• Meet and Greet with Claire Jones along with a signed CD.
• Opportunity to design and create a bespoke Clogau ring, through Clogau’s Compose collection, up to the value of £2,000.
• Return train travel for two people to London on Saturday 14th – Sunday 15th October 2017
• Overnight accommodation at the 4 star Rathbone Hotel on Saturday 14th October 2017, including Breakfast.
Conditions:
• The winner must be available to attend the Claire Jones concert on Saturday 14th October as the prize is for this date only.
• The prize cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and subject to availability.
• The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
• Employees of Clogau Gold of Wales Ltd, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion are exempt from entering and winning the competition prize.
• Part of the winning prize is a Clogau Compose engagement ring up to the value of £2,000 RRP.
• The prize is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Clogau reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice.
• Global cannot be held responsible for any event/artist cancellation.
• Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and will be on Saturday 14th – Sunday 15th October. Winner must be available to travel on these dates.
• Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
• Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two adults sharing a double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
• All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
