For many of us, a trip to the supermarket isn't the most exciting or glamorous part of our day. So how would you feel if a mob of classical musicians descended on your shop?
Well, that's exactly what happened to an unsuspecting public in Morrisons in London when Classic FM set 18 musicians, 1 conductor and 8 singers with the task of surprising, entertaining and brightening the day of the shoppers and workers alike to celebrate Classic FM's 20th Birthday .
Shocked shoppers were drawn to the beautiful sound of Handel's Zadok the Priest as it rang out across the aisles, giving the public a unique performance of the first ever piece played on Classic FM.
