Howard Goodall on his career and his compositions

Ahead of the release of his new career-spanning collection of compositions, Classic FM's very own Howard Goodall discusses his career and notable works with Jamie Crick.

Not only is Howard Goodall a much-loved presenter on Classic FM (movie music lovers will be familiar with his Saturday Night At The Movies show), he's also the station's composer-in-residence and a legend of the TV soundtrack world.

But somewhere amongst all that he's found the time to build a formidable back-catalogue of compositions, collected on his new compilation, Inspired . Featuring the talents of tenor Noah Stewart, Laura Wright and Howard's very own choir, Enchanted Voices, it's the perfect place to begin with one of this country's finest living composers.
