Alfie Boe sings for supper with Matt Lucas

Tenor Alfie Boe has posted a video on YouTube in which he sings Nessun Dorma in the home of comedian and Little Britain star Matt Lucas.

Matt Lucas introduces the short video, saying that his friend Alfie is staying at his house rent-free. By way of compensation, Lucas requests that Alfie sing for his supper, and so Boe obliges, giving a rendition of Puccini’s ’Nessun dorma‘ to the accompaniment of a karaoke track.

The video was posted on Friday and has already been viewed thousands of times.
