Terms Conditions - Classic FM

Sunswept on Classic FM, January 2020

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.classicfm.com/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Sunswept’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 13/01/20 to 26/01/20 on Classic FM (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to Classicfm.com and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:01 on 13/01/20 and close at 23:59 on 26/01/20
4.    Entrants will enter online via the standard article page.  
5.    The Winner will be seleceted from the pool of online entrants. One winner will win the prize detailed only. The winner will be contacted by Global to notify that the have won, the winners contact details will be passed to Sunswept to fulfil the prize.

Eligibility:
•    Entrants and their guest must be aged 16 years or older to claim the prize and hold a valid passport.
•    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
One winner will win 1 Luxury Holiday for Two to St Lucia which includes:
•    7 Night Accommodation at The Body Holiday in St Lucia on an all-inclusive basis
•    Return Flights with British Airways
•    Airport Taxes
•    Airport transfers to/from St Lucia airport to hotel

Prize Terms and Conditions:
•    The prize is to be supplied by Sunswept Resorts. A representative of Sunswept Resorts will contact the prize winner on the details provided after confirmation of winning.
•    The prize must be taken by the 15th of December 2020
•    The accommodation element of the prize is based on 2 adults prize is valid for sharing a Run of House category room at BodyHoliday, and rooms are subject to availability at time of booking
•    Travel insurance, travel visas, personal expenditure & supplementary meal/drink choices are not included and are the winners responsibility.
