RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.classicfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/)  (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Richard Clayderman’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 26th November 2018 to 9th December 2018 on Classic Scotland (the “Radio Station”).

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.classicfm.com and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:00 on 26th November 2018 and close at 23:59 on 9th December 2018.

4.    Entrants will have to answer a multiple choice question and fill out the required details for the chance to win.

5.    One winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries and contacted by Classic FM.

Eligibility:

6.    Entrants must be 18 or over.

7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

8.    The winner will receive one pair of standard tickets to see Richard Clayderman perform at Glasgow Royal Concert Hall on Thursday 28th February 2019, an overnight stay, £100 cash and £100 meal voucher.

9.    Tickets are non-transferable and are only valid for Richard Clayderman at the Royal Concert Hall on 28th February 2019. The tickets will be posted to the winner within 28 days of the competition closing.

10.  The overnight stay will be for two people in a minimum three-star hotel in Glasgow City Centre. The hotel stay will include breakfast and will be a twin or double room (winner's choice). This must be taken on 28th February 2019, the same date as the concert. The stay is subject to availability.

11.  The £100 meal voucher will be for a restaurant in Glasgow City Centre and will cover food and drink.

12.  The £100 cash will be for the winner to put towards travel and will be sent to the winner in the form of a cheque within 28 days.

13.  If the winner does not want to stay in the organised hotel and accept the meal voucher and £100, the winner can choose to organise their own accommodation, dinner and travel and that the cash alternative to this part of the prize for the value of £500.  The £500 will be in the form of a cheque and will take up to 28 days to arrive.  If the winner chooses this, they will receive two tickets to see Richard Clayderman perform at Glasgow Royal Concert Hall on Thursday 28th February 2019 and the £500 only.

14.  Full prize redemption/delivery will be discussed with the winner.

15.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
