Terms and conditions for the voting
RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.classicfm.com/terms-conditions/competitions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions” of Global as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the Champneys radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Saturday 1st December – Wednesday 19th December 2018 on the Classic FM Network (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.classicfm.com, register their details and pick their favourite Christmas carol from the list provided or enter another suggestion in the free text box.
4. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Saturday 1st December and close at 23:59 on Wednesday 19th December 2018.
5. 1 x winner will be randomly selected from all correct, eligible entries and will be contacted by telephone and/or email within 7 days of the competition closing.

6. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
8. There are five prizes of a 2-night spa stay for two people at Champneys plus £100 towards travel.

9. 2x night stay of pampering and indulgence at a Champneys health spa of your choice.*
10. Full access to the spa facilities which include a swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym.
11. A choice of over 20 exercise classes, ranging from dynamic aerobics and indoor cycling to more relaxing yoga, meditation and pilates.
12. Buffet lunches, three-course evening meals and tasty buffet breakfasts.
13. 2x signature treatments from the original spa pioneers (these include a Champneys head in the clouds massage and full body wrap).

Tring in Hertfordshire.
Forest Mere in Hampshire.
Henlow in Bedfordshire.
Springs in Leicestershire.
Eastwell Manor Spa Hotel in Kent
15. Not valid Friday or Saturday nights.
16. Standard room accommodation.
17. Prize must be booked and taken within 6 months from the date of issue to the winner, subject to availability.
18. Guests must be 16 years or over.
19. This prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
20. Travel to the spa is not included.
21. Treatments cannot be exchanged (1 hour of treatment time), timings include your consultations and walk to treatment rooms. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
22. The winner will receive their winning cash amount in the form of a cheque.
23. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
