RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.classicfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Loganair’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 21st November 2018 to 4th December 2018 on Classic FM (the “Radio Station”).

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.classicfm.com and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:00 21st November 2018 and close at 23:59 on 4th December 2018.

4.    Entrants must answer a multiple choice question and fill out the required details.

5.    One winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries and contacted by Classic FM.

Eligibility:

6.    Entrants must be 18 or over.

7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

8.    One winner will receive return flights for two people to Guernsey and £1,000.

9.    The flights can be taken from either Glasgow or Edinburgh and will be on a Loganair flight. The winner can choose which airport they fly from subject to availability.

10.  Winner seats are subject to availability and embargo restrictions may apply.

11.  Travel is only permitted on Loganair operated flights from Glasgow or Edinburgh to Guernsey.

12.  The winner should be flexible in their choice of dates. Loganair require a minimum of 7 days’ notice to process your request.

13.  Flights are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash in whole or in part.

14.  Name changes, extensions or route changes are not permitted.

15.  The prize winner and companion must travel together.

16.  Liability with regards to travel documentation rests solely with the prize winner.

17.  Travel is subject to Loganair’s standard conditions of carriage prevailing at the time of travel.

18.  Travel to Glasgow or Edinburgh Airport is not included.

19.  A Global employee will be in touch with winner to discuss the redemption of flights. The flight route is a summer seasonal service and the trip needs to be taken between the 11th May 2019 and 14th September 2019.

20.  The £1,000 is for the winner to spend on accommodation, transfers, travel insurance and spending money. This will be sent in the form of a cheque that can take up to 28 days to arrive from the date of winning.

21.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
