RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.classicfm.com/terms-conditions/competitions/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Drama’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 01/10/2018 to 31/10/2018 on Classic FM (the “Radio Station”).
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Online Competition:
Entrants must go online to ClassicFM.com and register their details and answer a multiple-choice question correctly.
Online entry will open at 00:01 on 01/10/2018 and close at 23:59 on 31/10/2018
From all correct and eligible entries, one Entrant will be randomly selected and awarded the prize by Global Radio within 7 working days via telephone or email.
Eligibility:
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over to take part and be living in the UK.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
The prize includes the following:
- Return flights for 2 people to Aberdeen, Scotland
- Fully inclusive car hire for the duration of your stay
- 4 x nights accommodation at Gatelodge Holiday lodge at Ardverikie
- Delphinine Distillery Tour for 2 people, includes: Tour of distillery, 2 x sample tasting and selection of handmade chocolates
- £200 spending money
The winner will be notified of their prize week commencing Monday 5th November, within 7 days of the competition closing.
Prize Terms and Conditions:
- Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays.
- Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non-UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes, surcharges and one piece of checked baggage per two people.
- Driver must be over the age of 25 and have held a full clean driver’s licence for a minimum of 2 years. Fully inclusive refers to unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver, theft protection, local taxes and airport fees. Driver must also hold a valid credit card (not debit card) with a minimum of between £500- £1,000 (dependant on car hire company) available for security deposit, which is refundable upon safe return of the vehicle.
- Accommodation is based on two people sharing the two bedroom self- catering holiday lodge: The Gatelodge at Ardverikie Castle. Accommodation is only available for short breaks between September – May. Booking are strictly subject to availability. Tour of the main house and deer feeding are not included in the stay, but are available at an additional cost. If the winner would like to participate they may do so at their own costs.
- Opening times vary throughout the year. Children under 8 years old are not permitted in the production areas of the distillery.
- All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident to enter the competition.
- Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
