RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.classicfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Banks Lyon Jewellers’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 26.11.18 to 09.12.18 on Classic FM (the “Radio Station”).

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.classicfm.com/ and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:00 on 26.11.18 and close at 23:59 on 09.12.18.

4.    Entrants must answer a question for the chance to win.

5.    The winner is chosen at random from all correct and eligible entries and will be notified within 28 days of the competition closing date.

Eligibility:

6.    Entrants must be 18 or over.

7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

8.    One winner will receive an 18ct White Gold & Diamond Cluster Pendant from Banks Lyon Jewellers.

9.    There is no cash alternative.

10.  The prize will be couriered by Banks Lyon jewellers within 28 days of the prize winner being notified.

11.  The prize will be couriered to an address of the prize winner's choice.

12.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
