Terms and Conditions: 12 Diems of Christmas on Classic FM

RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at classicfm.com) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ’12 Diems of Christmas Days Breakfast Promotion’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 1st December to 18th November on Classic FM (the “Radio Station”).
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
 
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the keyword “WIN” followed by their answer to the question. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.  The Text Message opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air by the presenter.
The breakfast presenter will set a cryptic clue or question in the breakfast show at some point between 0600 – 0900. They will encourage listeners to text the word “Win”, followed by the answer to the question, to the text number as given out on air.  
A winner per day of the competition will be chosen at random from all correct and eligible text entries.
The winner will be announced on air. The Winner may be required to come to air, at the discretion of the show producer.  If you are called by the show producer but; do not answer your phone, are driving, or are not able to hold a conversation with the presenter to receive your prize for any reason, then your entry will be voided and a new winner will be picked at random.
The competition will only run on weekdays, Monday to Friday, between the dates specified above.
 
Eligibility:
Winners must be 16 or over to win.
Multiple entries are permitted up to a maximum of 5 entries; any additional entries above this limit will be excluded from the Competition
 
Prize:
The Prize includes Two CDs and One Book for each winner, each day of the competition.

Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
