A celebration of the genius of Steven Spielberg ahead of his birthday.

It’s Steven Spielberg’s 69th birthday on Friday so tonight Andrew Collins is getting the celebrations under way early with two hours of music from films by the phenomenally successful director, writer and producer.

There will of course be plenty of scores by John Williams, pictured above with Spielberg, considering the two have collaborated on 27 films across five decades – including Jaws, E.T., Schindler’s List and, most recently, Lincoln.
