More ways to manage your NS&I Premium Bonds
NS&I are always finding ways to improve their service to you. Did you know you can now manage your Premium Bonds online and by phone? They think it is the most convenient way of buying and managing your Premium Bonds.
What you can do online and by phone
Once you’ve registered for the service, you can do all of the following:
- buy or cash in Premium Bonds
- keep track of your Bonds and prizes
- update your personal information – your address, email address and bank account details
- choose to go paperless (online only)
- choose to have any prizes you win automatically reinvested into more Bonds
- choose to have any prizes you win paid directly into your bank account (as well as your bank account details, NS&I will also need your email address so they can send you an email notification if you win).
Not all services are available if you are managing Bonds for a child under 16 or for someone else under a Power of Attorney. Please visit nsandi.com for further details.
How to register
If you’d like to use NS&I's online or phone services, and you haven’t already registered, you can register now at nsandi.com or the next time you buy Bonds online or by phone.
Registering to manage your existing Bonds online and by phone
Visit nsandi.com and download the registration form. Alternatively, call our award-winning UK customer service team free on 0500 007 007* and they'll send it to you. Send the completed form back to NS&I in the post. Once they've received your completed form, you'll receive a unique NS&I identification number.
You'll also receive a temporary password. This will be sent separately for your security. Once you’ve received both your NS&I number and your temporary password, simply change your password to one of your choice and you can begin to use the service as and when you need to.
NS&I will process your registration as soon as possible, usually within 10 days.
Do you have an NS&I Direct ISA or Direct Saver?
Then you’re already registered to use NS&I's online and phone service, so you can manage your Premium Bonds straight away using your existing password and security details. If you already have Premium Bonds but can’t view details of them when you log in, please complete the registration form and send it back to NS&I in the post.
