A vibrant American soprano makes her debut in the Classic FM Chart.
Jonathan Antoine holds onto the top spot for a third week with his debut album Tenore, while the Christmas season begins to make its first approach on the chart. Boy choir Libera's The Christmas Album re-enters at No.3.
The new album from American soprano Angel Blue is this week's highest new entry at 21. She has been acclaimed for her beautiful voice and her ability to switch from a classical to contemporary sound. Following Blue's acclaimed Wigmore Hall recital in 2013, this album is a studio recording featuring songs by Richard Strauss, Rachmaninov (including the famous Vocalise), and a selection of numbers from Spanish zarzuelas.
