Rhydian: "I learnt a lot from Simon Cowell"

Former finalist Rhydian talks about life on the X-Factor, his career to date and his fifth album just released.

Charlotte Green meets former X-Factor finalist Rhydian whose album One Day Like This is proving to be very popular - it made it to No.1 in the Classic FM Chart. The album features music by contemporary bands like Elbow along with classical favourites like Nessun Dorma and the Pearl Fishers Duet in which Rhydian duets with, guess who? - Rhydian! 

Rhydian also gives Charlotte a glimpse into what life was like on the X-Factor. "I always knew that Simon was backing me and supporting me," he says of Simon Cowell. "I learnt a lot from him."
