The Ohio State University Marching Band performed an incredible classic-rock formation routine, with some absolutely mind-blowing choreography.

We are now obsessed with marching bands

The tradition of the marching band half-time show is not something that has taken off in the UK, but with displays like this it's probably time we did something about that.

The OSUMB (great acronym) not only proved their rock credentials with an incredible medley of rock classics in a marching band style, but the real interest is in their formations. Here's them doing a drummer smashing his cymbals:

How do they even do this?

Against a backdrop of brassy versions of songs by The Rolling Stones and Van Halen, Not only can they recreate a drummer, they can do guitarists as well:

This is insane

Then, because making moving people the size of a football field is a bit too simple, they play The Who's 'Pinball Wizard' and make AN ACTUAL PINBALL MACHINE.

John Philip Sousa would have been proud. Deafened, but proud.
