4. RSNO Takeover (Royal Scottish National Orchestra)
An innovative, intensive, employability programme for young people aged 16 – 18 years from across Scotland. From marketing to finance, artistic planning to conducting, the young people ‘took over’ every department and worked alongside all 150 members of staff and orchestra to produce a classical concert for friends and family. This opportunity opened up young people’s eyes to what it’s really like to work in and behind the scenes for a symphony orchestra.
