Classic FM Live with Viking returned to the Royal Albert Hall for a night of excellent music!

On Monday 20 April we welcomed the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra to the Royal Albert Hall, alongside a host of star classical soloists, for a spectacular edition of Classic FM Live.

Hosted by Classic FM presenters Dan Walker and Myleene Klass, it was a star-studded night filled with memorable performances by the night’s soloists.

Alice Sara Ott played a thundering Grieg Piano Concerto, while violinist Nemanja Radulović raised the roof with his lively rendition of Vittorio Monti‘s Czardas.

Tenor singer Lawrence Brownlee and mezzo-soprano Aigul Akhmetshina joined voices in a duet of Franck’s ‘Panis Angelicus’, and guitarist Rosie Bennet performed a beautiful guitar arrangement of Debussy’s Arabesque No.1, all conducted by Michael Seal.
