A pianist is publishing videos of himself playing Chopin with an actual hammer. The Internet has reached its peak.

The video is courtesy of Lord Vinheteiro, a pianist and YouTube sensation known for his style of staring intensely at the camera.

From the Raindrop Prélude to the Funeral March, he plays a series of Chopin’s pieces with a hammer in the right-hand.

One YouTuber got very smart about the whole thing:

In any case, watching him bash on those delicate ivories is making us very nervous.

Vinheteiro plays ‘Raindrop’ Prelude Op. 28 No. 7, Fantaisie Impromptu (Op. 66), Funeral March (from Sonata II, Op. 35), Valse de l'adieau Waltz, Op. 69 No. 1, Revolutionary Etude Op. 10, No. 12. Subscribe to his YouTube channel here.
