The brilliant violinist Hilary Hahn is Tim’s web chat guest at 9am this Wednesday. Hilary has a huge number of acclaimed recordings to her name – but she also writes articles, produces YouTube videos and her violin case even keeps in touch with Hilary's fans via Twitter. Post your questions below!

Hilary Hahn is one of today’s top violinists. She’s recorded a huge variety of music from Bach to Tchaikovsky and Mozart to Schoenberg – her most recent album pairs Mozart’s Violin Concerto in A with Vieuxtemps’s Violin Concerto No.4.

She’s won three Grammys as well as numerous other awards over her career, and she regularly performs with all the top orchestras and conductors around the world.

This season alone she’s appeared with orchestras across the US and toured in Europe and Asia.

As well as performing a packed schedule she interviews composers via her own YouTube channel – where she also gives her fans an insight into her life as a top-flight soloist.

And did we mention that her violin case has its own twitter account?

So, post your questions for her below and don’t forget to join us on Wednesday at 9am to join the discussion.
