Win a weekend in France with Laithwaite's Wine
Here's your chance to win a wonderful wine-tasting weekend for two in France. This grande prize includes flights, transfers and two days of wine-tasting, good food and sight-seeing.
Day one will include a guided tasting tour of Le Chai Au Quai, the headquarters of Laithwaites' winemaking in Castillon-La-Bataille, followed by lunch with the Le Chai team, where you'll be sampling their delicious regional specialities, cooked with the best of the day’s produce from the local market. Next stop will be the Laithwaite family vineyard, the birthplace of Laithwaite's Wine. You'll have a chance to explore the historic beautiful town of Saint Emilion, which is built on a hilltop surrounded by vines, with its spiraling cobbled streets and quaint shops and cafes. The Le Chai winemaking team will join you for dinner where more wine will be on the menu and not forgetting the delicious cheeses that France is famous for. Your first night will be spent at the Au Logis Des Remparts in Saint-Emilion. This recently renovated boutique hotel has elegantly appointed rooms and suites, but the highlight is its sun-drenched swimming pool, which is set in lush private gardens overlooking the vineyards.
