From time to time on ClassicFM.com, we give you the chance to win free iTunes downloads so you can experience more of the world's greatest music wherever and whenever you like. If you need help redeeming your codes, here are a few answers to the most frequently asked questions so you can download your music with ease.
How do I access the iTunes Store?
Open iTunes and click iTunes Store in the left-hand sidebar. You will be taken to the online iTunes shop, where you can sign in with your Apple ID by clicking the Sign In button in the top right-hand corner. You can create an Apple ID if you don't have one.
How do I redeem the code?
Once you've signed in, can click the drop down button next to your email address in the top right-hand corner and click Redeem - a box should show up on the screen. Enter your code in this box and your account will be credited with the tracks.
You can then search for any music you like in the search bar in the top right-hand corner. Once you've found a piece you like, click on the album cover and you'll come to a track list. You can buy the track by clicking the £0.79 BUY button. You won't be charged if your account is credited with the iTunes code.
Do I have to download all the music at the same time?
You don't have to download them all at the same time; they can come from 50 different albums, if you like! The codes come with an expiry date, so make sure you redeem them and download your music by the expiry date.
I don't have an iTunes account, can I still download music?
You will need an iTunes account to download the tracks. You can visit the iTunes site to download iTunes. To create an account without the need to enter your credit card details, visit the iTunes support section.
Is the iTunes download code valid in the Classic FM online shop?
