RULES
• The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.classicfm.com/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Cox & Kings’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 04/09/17 to 17/09/17 on Classic FM (the “Radio Station”).
• Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
• To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.classicfm.com, answer a multiple-choice question and register their details.
• Online entry will open at 00:01 on 04/09/17 and close at 23:59 on 17/09/17.
• One winner will be randomly selected from all correct, eligible entries and will be contacted by telephone and/or email within 7 days of the competition closing.
Eligibility:
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
• Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
1 x winner will win a 16-day, 14-night ‘Train to Machu Picchu’ superior private tour for two people to Peru.
This prize includes:
• International return flights
• Private transfers
• 14-nights’ accommodation
• Breakfast (with the accommodation)
• Guided Excursions
Conditions:
• The holiday is for 14 nights’ accommodation and 16 days.
• The prize is a private holiday to Peru for two people.
• The prize will include international flights from London, private transfers, twin or double accommodation, breakfast daily, guided excursions and all entrance costs where necessary, up to the selling price value of £7,000.
• Additional costs such as spending money, drinks, visas and tipping are not included within the holiday prize and are the responsibility of the prize winner.
• The holiday may be taken prior to 20 December 2018, excluding peak travel dates and subject to availability.
• Travel must be booked by 22 December 2017.
• Any additional services, upgrades or tour extensions can be booked in advance at the standard price through Cox & Kings.
• Prize cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and subject to availability.
• The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• The winner will be required to submit valid identification prior to receiving the prize.
• The winner will be required to complete a Cox & Kings booking form and confirm agreement with Cox & Kings’ standard booking conditions. Details of how to make the booking will be released to the winner.
• Once the prize is booked and confirmed, it will not be possible to cancel or rebook for an alternative date.
• Global to provide travel insurance to the winner & their guest.
• Not all experiences featured in promotional images are featured in the Classic Peru private journey or competition prize.
• The video featured is an overview of the destinations and experiences available in Peru. It is not a reflection of the holiday prize on offer.
• The winner and travel companion must have a valid passport.
• Global to provide travel insurance to the winner & their guest.
Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
